The Bird 4314BWattmeter is similar to the Bird Model 43 Thruline Wattmeter butalso contains electronic circuitry to accurately measure peakenvelope power which is present in amplitude modulated signals suchas AM broadcast, single sideband and TV video transmitters. Thecircuitry operates from 2 standard 9V alkaline batteries or anoptional A.C. adaptor.
